Preservation Working Group
The purpose of this team is to preserve materials for future use. This is accomplished in several ways, including book repair, staff and patron education, environmental control, and disaster preparedness. This team works closely with both the Collection Management Department and the Binding Team in the evaluation and treatment of materials needing repair.
TEAM MEMBERS: Kathryn Talbot, facilitator; Tony Crawford, Sandy Douglass, Diana Farmer, Marty Hartford, Daniel Ireton, Terrell Lykes, and Tim Watts.
REGULAR MEETING TIME: The first Wednesday of the month at 10 a.m.
