Setting Session Defaults for Holdings Records

In the cataloging module, go to Options/Preferences/Folders to set the default templates for holdings (in the Voyager/Catalog/Templates directory):

• Monographs template: Holdsing.tem
  Receipt Status: "2" -- Complete
  Method of Acqusition: "p" -- Purchase
  General Retention: "8"

• Serials template for Periodicals in Current Reading Areas: Holdprr.tem
  

• Serials template for Bound Periodicals/Serials in Permanent locations: Holdser.tem
